Ok randomly about 2 minuets ago, i was thinking about GTA and the DS, and im like "i wonder if anybody made any petitions on that game for the DS", so i just typed in Grand Theft Auto DS and found a forum that said rockstar will release gta for ds http://www.topconsoles.com/fr_read.php?nr=2205 , i have no clue if their lieing, but im emailing rockstar right now, and ill copy and paste EXACTALLY what they said. but anyways, what do you think of bringing GTA over to the DS?

 

I doubt it... I don't think the graphics could be handled... I guess the touch screen would fit it. Like running with the stylus, Holding L to aim + Touch screen.. Crap like that, It would be good, But the graphics are too hard to be handeled.. Unless you want GTA1 Birds eyes view.

Do you really think that Nintendo will let a GTA game on any of their consoles? Nintendo has had some violent games on their systems, but GTA is overdoing it for them.

No No..... maybe for the Wii may be better... but i think GTA would suck if it was on the DS

 

Carmageddon and Bad Fur Day were on N64 and, from what I've read, Carmageddon was pretty gruesome.

Yea, they had Bad Fur Day on the 64 and a GTA Advance, but Nintendo's new promise and policy is to try and appeal to a larger variety of consumers of different ages. I can't see a REAL GTA game on the DS. The bird's-eye-veiw GTA games were violent as a top-down-shooter could get, which isn't saying much. I can't see Nintendo letting something like GTA: Vice City or GTA: San Andreas on the Wii or DS.

 

We don't need that type of violent trash on the the DS nor any other system for that matter so I say keep the DS pure.

 

Too be fair, you have to take into consideration the older age group, who don't like childish games such as pokemon....

 

The DS might be able to handle something like GTA but thats a really big might. Transformers on the DS was open-world but it wasnt very large. Be rather cool if the did make it though.

Yea, that DS game came out/comes out in Japan. Japan......a different country. Different countries have different preferences on these things. In the UK, they have a commercial for a baby doll that is anatomically correct in the male form......and it shows it completely in the commercial. They are more mature about these things in the UK while the US would make a funny joke about it or die-laughing.

I also wouldn't call it a "hentai" game, just because you never see....uhhh...."anything." But it is rated as 16+.

 

Uh... having a GTA would appeal for adults/mature teens, in other words, covering some of the audience ages.

 

Hentai is not near as bad as a game were you kill tourist
