Yes, but if you gain skillz, in a real time match you can laserlock someone. Hard to do though.

I also main Yoshi, but he's bottom tier, so I tend not to. Mario and Luigi are also some of my favourites, but I tend to stay away from Pit, Meta Knight and Ganondorf. Ewwww.

Anyway, I main Olimar, seconded by Fox and Marth.

That's very unlikely to happen in a match anyway.
 
Falco does have a chain grab, but I prefer Fox's style, plus he feels more heavy than Falco.
