The guestbook is a new part of your personal profile space here on Nintendo-Play.com. Your guestbook allows other users to leave feedback on yourself, whether theyre commenting on your gallery images, your music in the mp3 player, or just generally about you as a person, it is your own unique little area.
The owner of each guestbook, is the user whos guestbook you are viewing. As the owner you are able to erase any entries that are made in your guestbook (for whatever reason you deem fit). The only other users that can delete entries are TOP LEVEL moderators and administrators (you are able to delete your own comments however).
No one has the power to edit other peoples posts, you can ONLY edit your own entries no matter whos guestbook you are in.
You are able to RATE every comment that is made. Comments with a NEGATIVE score will be hidden by default. This makes viewing a little easier and helps hide offensive or inapropriate content until the guestbook owner or moderator gets chance to erase the comment. If a user is on your block list (VIP only) their comments will be hidden by default (just the same as in the forums).
You can create a New comment or sub comment. This allows comments of similair discussion to be kept together (for example Music comments in 1 place, then Gallery comments seperate).
